For experienced professionals at a point of reorientation. Designed for expats and those working in international environments. Gain clarity on what you truly want, trust your own answers, and move forward with conviction, guided by your own path.

HOW IT WORKS

Step by step. 
we pivot into a new direction, with agency, purpose and motivation.

A series of 5 to 7 sessions that follow a structured approach. You come in with a matter you would like to work on during the session. You will leave with a first step you’ve decided on yourself. My job is to ask the questions that open new doors and offer new perspectives, so that you come up with new answers to those older questions.

Personal Interview

The full process starts with an intake conversation, a personal interview, where we put the direction on the table: what you actually want to work through, beyond any single day’s topic.

Identifying Direction

Each session starts with whatever you bring that day. We name it: where you are right now, and what you’d like to have instead. From there we look at what would open up for you if you got there, and how you’d want to feel walking out. That feeling, relief, lightness, pride, whatever it is for you, becomes our compass for the rest of the session.

First Step

Before we close each session, you define a first step. Small, concrete, yours. You leave with something tangible in your hand, one less weight to carry, a new tool, and almost always, an old belief a little looser than before. Sometimes you leave with more questions than you came with. But they’re different ones, sharper, the ones that actually matter.

Closing Session

And at the end, a closing session, to look back and see what’s changed.
