That work is behind me as a full-time pursuit, but the expertise isn’t. For organizations and founders with the right kind of problem, I take on a limited number of consulting engagements each year.

My background is in digital strategy and service design, and I’m most useful in the early stages: the messy, generative part where you need to think clearly about what you’re building and for whom.
This includes value proposition definition, personal and business storytelling, business model design, go-to-market thinking, design sprints, use cases, business cases, and the structural and workflow decisions involved in building a digital presence.
