´Before Ascuas, I spent nearly ten years as a consultant and service designer working with Fortune 500 and DAX companies across Europe. That work is behind me as a full-time pursuit, but the expertise isn’t. For organizations and founders with the right kind of problem, I take on a limited number of consulting engagements each year.´

If you’re testing an idea, building a practice, or trying to turn something you’re good at into something sustainable, this is where I can help. My background is in digital strategy and service design, and I’m most useful in the early stages: the messy, generative part where you need to think clearly about what you’re building and for whom.
This includes value proposition definition, personal and business storytelling, business model design, go-to-market thinking, business cases, and the structural and workflow decisions that come with building a digital presence. I go as far as helping you think through your website architecture and the operational flows that make a practice actually run.
The work is hands-on. I don’t just ask questions here. I work alongside you.

Human-Centred Leadership

Making leadership something people actually want to follow.

Organizations don’t struggle because of strategy. They struggle because of people: how leaders show up, how teams communicate, how culture either enables or quietly suffocates the work. I work with companies navigating change, building leadership capability, or trying to understand why a team that looks good on paper isn’t working in practice.
This includes change management, leadership development, team dynamics audits, culture assessments, and one-on-one work with leaders who need a thinking partner outside the organizational hierarchy. The work is diagnostic first: we understand what’s actually happening before we decide what to do about it.
