My background is in digital strategy and service design, and I’m most useful in the early stages: the messy, generative part where you need to think clearly about what you’re building and for whom.
This includes value proposition definition, personal and business storytelling, business model design, go-to-market thinking, business cases, and the structural and workflow decisions that come with building a digital presence. I go as far as helping you think through your website architecture and the operational flows that make a practice actually run.
The work is hands-on. I don’t just ask questions here. I work alongside you.
